We've not long wrapped on Prime Day, one of Amazon's biggest shopping holidays. This year we devised a strategy to focus on raising smiles by giving back: to customers with amazing deals; to small business merchants with loads of big-name influencers encouraging people to shop small; and to grassroots arts venues around the UK by staging three brilliant gigs with Lewis Capaldi, Cate Le Bon and Celeste in partnership with the Music Venue Trust.

It was a monumental effort from the team, rewarded with lots of positive headlines, shares and engagement.
