Quieter Hour at Morrisons

This week we announced the news that Morrisons is demonstrating its shopkeeper credentials by introducing a Quieter Hour in its stores on Saturday mornings. The tannoy will be switched off and checkout beeps reduced in volume to help all those who struggle with loud noises shop in peace.

The initiative is backed by the National Autistic Society and championed by all sorts of organisations, MPs and community groups.

Needless to say the quiet news created a big splash generating over 150 pieces of coverage, hundreds of thousands of likes and shares and, most importantly, happy Morrisons shoppers.
